How It Works
1
Your app calls Proxze API
When customer reaches the address verification step, your backend calls POST /v1/kyc/initiate. You pass the customer's details and declared address.

Customer enables location in your app
Proxze SDK embedded in your app shows a permission priming screen. Customer grants background location. SDK registers a geofence on device silently.

Customer uploads utility bill (COMPULSORY)
SDK prompts to photograph/upload electricity, water, waste or tenancy bill. Must be within the last 3 months. OCR extracts address. Cannot proceed without this.

Optional: Record daily video
If your integration requires it (require_video: true), customer records a 15-60s video from the address each day.

Webhook fires result to your server
After 3 nights, Proxze sends a completed webhook with status, utility match %, and report URL. Your app updates customer KYC status automatically.
